The Result is

There are subtle policemen in the corner shooting very
apologetic bullets.
mind in ignorance project superiority.
Tanks are rolling their way through the town,
It’s taken them three extra days
thanks to all the security fences the government
built.
        But we’re all pancakes
The dairy shop has closed and the pregnant women are
bottling their milk to sell.

News on the street is that the invasion’s under way.
Some call it a siege.
Nothing’s changed.
        Pete still wants to climb
the mountain beyond the river,
no matter who’s taxing him.

Rebecca believes it’ll be different, she views it as
an egg shell
holding us in.

Tom has an abstract theory where our freedom is
contained in the political system.
I hold no faith in that in theory since I demand the
charge of my own freedom.
I don’t believe anyone on principle, and I don’t let
anything affect me, I practice rational indifference.

The population’s too big they say,
there’s not enough food for everyone,
so they’re euthanizing the elderly.
Which seems ironic after all the effort the last
administration did
stuffing them with health and longevity pills,
catering their votes.

Everyone lies.
And the result is where we are.
I find it hard to buy into any prize
that could be obtained
with any correct assessment of any situation,
regardless, the result is.

Sit Down and Relax (I'm in Control)

Before we start this off tonight I'd like to tip my
hat
to the man in back who wrote my lines last week.

About the topics today:
I'd like to tell you I'll cover that next
Tuesday in Ohio.

For time moves too fast for me to fully write it.
And if I could we'd have no problems and the world
Would be floating in the basin of my turd pool.

I'd like to dismantle the wilderness
Because it represents what I most loath in this life:
The uncertain.
Helplessness.
And that is exactly what our enemy wants
He wants us to bathe in anarchy
and uncertainty
so that he may live his life of hatred for freedom.

No the wilderness is not free.
It is a cage for us, so we must subdue it
to achieve full control and freedom.
Supplementing our apathy
suggesting the present inertia.

Routine's Result: II

Numbs and comforts movements through
Blinding traditions.

Unawareness of the routine

No memory?
And only the
Wander, bump, act, react
Wander, bump, act, react

Our species would not be tittering
On the brink of
Self-destruction
Through two
Competing medians

We'd be peacefully bowing
Our heads through the forests
Deserts, mountains, and rivers

We'd not have these precious
Entertainments
Comforts
And misleading securities (because the future is
skinned)

We'd not have our hate
For the Other.
We'd have a different set of walls.
The security fence in Israel would be
Thought of and ignored every minute
As the Olive trees would be picked and walked away
from.
Instead of uprooted after 2,000 years for an ethnic
barrier.

We'd have a different kind of understanding.

Science would have stopped after the hypothesis
And the manicured experiments would be
Abandoned.

the stomach moves
and reproduction agrees.

And what does survival mean
When it's so ephemeral?

What is dignity worth when
Demise is demise?

What is dignity worth when
There is no remembering.
